Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. dated 28.08.2014 on the issuance of borrowing instruments, the summary related to the public offering of Isbank's bills with a nominal value of TL 300 million with a term of 103 days, bills with a nominal value of TL 500 million with a term of 206 days and discount bonds with a nominal value of TL 100 with a term of 368 days which was certified by the Capital Markets Board is attached hereto.
The book building will be realized on 8-9-10 December 2014.
