Turkiye Petrol Rafinerileri : Resolution of the Board of Directors on the issuance of debt securities and Application to CMB

In accordance with the authorization granted by article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association; the Board of Directors resolved to grant company management the authority to issue debt securities for a total amount up to 1 billion US Dollars or an equivalent foreign currency amount within one year, with various composition and terms to be determined under the market conditions on the date of the issuance and to be sold outside Turkey through one or more issuance. It is also resolved to authorize Company Management for determining the sale and terms of the debt instruments to be issued according to the market conditions as of the date of the sale, completing all necessary domestic and overseas actions including the listing on foreign markets.
In this respect, our company has made the application to Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance of debt securities for a total amount up to 1 billion US Dollars or an equivalent foreign currency amount to be sold outside Turkey.
