Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), a leading civil and building construction company, today announced that it and its subsidiary, Cherry Hill Construction, have been identified as the low bidders for the following two projects in Maryland:

Project Name: I-695 Outer Loop Phase 2
Owner: Maryland State Highway Administration
Expected Contract Value: $59,738,000 (to be awarded to Tutor Perini Corp.)
The project scope of work includes the widening of the Baltimore Beltway Outer Loop for a stretch of 1.44 miles, the replacement of two bridges, and multiple retaining walls and sound walls. Notice to proceed is expected in the third quarter and the contract value will be booked into backlog upon contract award. Substantial completion is expected in June 2019.

Project Name: Edmondson Avenue Bridge Replacement
Owner: City of Baltimore Department of Transportation
Expected Contract Value: $40,338,000 (to be awarded to Cherry Hill Construction)
The project scope of work includes the replacement of the Edmondson Avenue Bridge, an arch bridge originally built in 1907 which spans the Gwynn Falls stream way and a CSX railroad line, as well as minor improvements at the approaches. Notice to proceed is expected in the third quarter and the contract value will be booked into backlog upon contract award. Substantial completion is expected in July 2019.
