Company Tutunski Kombinat AD Prilep

Tutunski Kombinat AD Prilep is a Macedonia-based holding company active in the tobacco industry. It divides its business into two segments: Tobacco, engaged in the production and processing of Prilep and Yaka tobacco types; and Cigarettes, offering such cigarettes brands as San, Vip, Brand, Rondo, Macedonia, Prilep/Europa and Oriental/19. It also offers adhesives for tobacco industry, label adhesives, adhesives for civil engineering and paper and cardboard, as well as acetate filter rods. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries, Tutun DOOEL and Cigari DOOEL. The Company was 72.4%-owned by the Macedonian State.
