TV AZTECA SUCCESSFULLY ISSUES US$400 MILLION IN SENIOR NOTES IN INTERNATIONAL MARKETS -The senior notes have a term of seven years and will refinance bonds due in 2020, which will improve the company's debt profile- - The issuance had extensive demand, which represents a vote of confidence from the international financial community on the solid prospects of TV Azteca- Mexico City, August 2, 2017-TV Azteca, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AZTECACPO; Latibex: XTZA), one of the two largest producers of Spanish-language television programming in the world, announced today that it has successfully issued in international markets US$400 million in senior notes, for a term of seven years, with a coupon of 8.25%.

The senior notes issued today, due in 2024, will refinance part of the company's senior notes due in 2020, which will significantly improve the debt maturity profile of TV Azteca.

"The issuance had extraordinary demand from global investors, representing a vote of confidence from the international financial community regarding the positive operating performance, solid cash generation, and strong outlook of the company," commented Esteban Galindez, CFO of TV Azteca.
