21st Century Fox (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) today announced the completion of its acquisition of true[X], a leading video advertising company that specializes in consumer engagement and on-demand marketing campaigns. The parties announced a preliminary agreement in December 2014.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
