New York, NY - July 19, 2017 - 21st Century Fox today announced it has added two executives to new roles in its global Human Resources group with the promotion of Julie Franke to Senior Vice President of Employer Brand and Strategic Talent Acquisition, and the appointment of Carsten von der Linden to Senior Vice President of Talent Management.

Mr. von der Linden, who joins 21CF's HR group from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Ms. Franke from Fox Entertainment Group, both report to Thomas Gaissmaier, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for 21CF, and will be based in Los Angeles.

During a 10-year tenure at BCG, Mr. von der Linden served as a Principal based in Munich and Boston and helped establish BCG's HR practice globally as an industry leader. He has deep expertise in large HR transformations, HR operating models, talent management, leadership development, digital HR and many other HR topics. In addition, Mr. von der Linden has authored numerous reports focusing on HR, for instance the 'Creating People Advantage' series or 'Decoding Global Talent'.

Ms. Franke most recently served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Operations for Fox Entertainment Group, since 2011. In this role, she led recruiting and onboarding for 21CF's Los Angeles-based film, television and sports businesses. Prior to that, she held a number of senior recruiting roles for clients in the biotech and banking sectors.
