TWO HARBORS INVESTMENT CORP Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO) announced today the appointment of Beth Mlynarczyk as Vice President, Policy and Strategy.

Prior to joining Two Harbors, Beth served as a Senior Advisor to the Counselor on Housing Finance Policy at the United States Treasury Department from 2012 to 2014. From 2010 to 2012, Beth served in the Capital Markets Group, Domestic Finance at the Treasury. In these roles, she aided in housing finance policy formulation, including a plan to reform the housing finance system, implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, and discussions about reviving the private label securitization market. From 2008 to 2010, she served as an Assistant Trader at Soros Fund Management and from 2007 to 2008, as an Associate at Lehman Brothers on the non-Agency collateralized mortgage obligation trading desk. Beth received a B.S. in Economics with a Finance concentration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.
