SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Tyco (NYSE: TYC) have declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, payable on May 22, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 26, 2013.
