Bergamo, 26 January 2018 - The UBI Banca calendar of corporate events for 2018 is as follows:

8th February 2018 | Management Board: approval of the draft separate company and the draft consolidated financial statements for 2017 and proposal concerning the destination of the year's result |
6th March 2018 | Supervisory Board: approval of the separate company and the consolidated financial statements for 2017 |
6th April 2018 | UBI Banca Shareholders' Meeting |
10th May 2018 | Management Board: approval of the interim financial report as at and for the period ended 31st March 2018 |
Ex-dividend date: Record date:
Dividend payment date: 23rd May 2018 | Ex-dividend date, record date and payment date of the dividend if approved by the Shareholders' Meeting |
3rd August 2018 | Management Board: approval of the interim financial report as at and for the period ended 30th June 2018 |
8th November 2018 | Management Board: approval of the interim financial report as at and for the period ended 30th September 2018 |

The market presentation of the 2017 consolidated results will be held on 9th February at 15.30 CET.
