Bergamo, 3 luglio 2015 - UBI Banca informa che l'agenzia di rating Standard & Poor's ha rivisto l'Outlook sul rating a lungo termine del Gruppo portandolo a Stabile da Negativo, confermando al contempo tutti i rating in essere: "BBB-" per il lungo termine e "A-3" per il breve termine, entrambi in linea con i rating sovrani.
Secondo l'Agenzia di rating, la stabilizzazione delle condizioni economiche e il rallentamento del deterioramento degli attivi consentiranno ad UBI di continuare a rafforzare gradualmente, attraverso la generazione interna, la sua base di capitale.

PRESS RELEASE S&P RATING ACTION

Bergamo, 3 July 2015 - UBI Banca informs that Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its Outlook on the Group's long-term rating to Stable from Negative. At the same time, they affirmed UBI's long- and short-term counterparty credit ratings ('BBB-/A-3'), both in line with the sovereign credit rating on Italy.
The outlook revision reflects the Rating Agency's expectation that stabilizing economic conditions and a slowdown in the bank's asset quality deterioration will allow UBI to continue to enhance gradually its capital base through improving internal capital generation.
