UBI BANCA: MOODY'S COMPLETES THE REVIEW OF ITALIAN BANKS'
RATINGS
Bergamo,15 May 2012 - UBI Banca informs that the
International rating agency Moody's has today announced to
have taken a range of rating actions on the main Italian
banks, following the rating reviews announced in February
2012, as part of a wider review of European bank ratings, to
take into account the general worsening of the
context.
Hereafter the new ratings assigned to UBI Banca with negative
outlook:
Bank Financial Strength Rating: D+ (from C-) (Baseline Credit
Assessment): (baa3, from baa1) Long-Term debt rating: Baa2
(from A3) Short-Term debt rating: P-2 (unchanged)
Subordinated debt rating: Ba1 (from Baa1)
Preferred stock rating: Ba3 (hyb) (from Ba1 )
