UBS Wealth Management Americas, a division of UBS AG, announced that it has hired Andrew Duren as Head of Institutional Consulting & Retirement Program Administration and Operations.

Duren, a 25 year veteran of the industry, joins UBS from Graystone Consulting. He will be responsible for the business operations and administration of the firm's Institutional Consulting and Retirement programs including Defined Contribution Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, endowments, foundations, Taft-Hartley plans, hospitals, municipalities and other institutional clients. Andrew will work closely with Peter Prunty, Head of Institutional Consulting & Retirement Business Development, to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions and processes to drive growth and support the firm's Institutional Consultants and their clients. Duren will report to Jim Hausmann, Head of Corporate Solutions & Retirement Services.

While at Graystone Consulting, he built an industry-leading reputation focused on Institutional Client solutions and strategies.
