UK Mail Group plc (the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Moore to the Board as Group Operations Director, with effect from 8thApril 2014.

Carl joined UK Mail as Operations Director in 2007, having previously held a number of senior positions in parcel distribution companies across the UK.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Kane, Chairman, said:
