Notification on opening the Data Room and implementation of

Due Diligence Analysis procedure

During its meeting held on 13thFebruary 2018 the Supervisory Board of Uljanik d.d. gave its consent to the Management Board for opening of the Data Room and for the Due Diligence Analysis procedure of Uljanik by the potential Investor in the recapitalization process.

To date two Letters on intent by strategic partners were received regarding which the investment public was informed.

The Due Diligence Analysis will be carried out in the in the period from 15thFebruary to 08thMarch 2018 from 0900-1500 hrs.
