WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 -- The following federal contracts were announced by federal agencies based in Maryland.

MILITARY $66.31 Million Federal Contract Awarded to Northrop Grumman Systems

PATUXENT RIVER, Md., Oct. 6 -- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, was awarded a $66,312,606 federal contract by the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command for testing and maintenance services for the sustainment of MQ-4C Triton unmanned air system air vehicles, mission control and operator training systems. The place of performance will be in Patuxent River, Maryland (50 percent); Point Mugu, California (25 percent); Jacksonville, Florida (20 percent); and Yigo, Guam (5 percent).

ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md., Oct. 6 -- Ultralife Corp., Newark, New York, won a federal contract valued at up to $49,751,278 from the U.S. Army's Defense Logistics Agency Detachment for non-rechargeable batteries.

MILITARY $36.57 Million Federal Contract Awarded to L-3 Platform Integration

PATUXENT RIVER, Md., Oct. 6 -- L-3 Platform Integration, Waco, Texas, was awarded a $36,572,652 federal contract modification by the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command for depot level maintenance support services for the sustainment of up to 13 F/A-18A-D aircraft. The place of performance will be in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada (80 percent) and Waco, Texas (20 percent).

PATUXENT RIVER, Md., Oct. 6 -- Boeing Co., St. Louis, won a $1,505,929 sole source federal contract from the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command for 74 retrofits for the conversion of the current 32-bit ordnance panel to a 64-bit ordnance panel on the P-8A aircraft.
