Unibail-Rodamco To Buy Portugal Malls For $650 Million: Sources - Bloomberg News

French-Dutch real estate company Unibail-Rodamco SA (>> UNIBAIL-RODAMCO) is planning to enter the Portugese shopping-center market by buying two malls for about EUR500 million ($650 million), Bloomberg News reported Wednesday on its website, citing two unnamed sources.
Unibail-Rodamco is buying Almada Forum and Forum Montijo from a fund, CG Malls Europe, which is controlled by Commerzbank AG (>> Commerzbank AG), the report quoted the sources as saying.
Unibail-Rodamco declined comment, as did the head of communications at Commerz Real, Commerzbank's property fund manager.
