Press Release Unibail-Rodamco SE completes the disposal of six assets to Wereldhave in France

Further to the announcement of the purchase and sale agreement made on November 3, 2014, Unibail-Rodamco announces the completion of the disposal of six assets to Wereldhave in France (Rivétoile, Docks 76, Saint Sever, Mériadeck - Passages Mériadeck, Côté Seine and Docks Vauban).

The total consideration1 of the proposed transaction amounts to €850 Mn, representing a net initial yield2 of 5.5% and an average value per m² of €4,200/m².
