UniCredit Group is one of the leading European banking groups. Income breaks down by activity as follows:
- retail banking (47.6%);
- business, investment, finance and market banking (28.5%): leasing, factoring, stock transactions, participation in the rate, exchange, stock and derivative markets, stock exchange intermediation, etc.;
- asset management (3.4%);
- private banking (2.9%).
The remaining revenues (17.6%) are from activities operating in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe.
At the end of 2011, the group managed EUR398.4 billion in deposits and EUR559.6 billion in credits.
Products and services are marketed through a network of more than 9,496 agencies worldwide.
