The board of directors (the "Board") of Union Asia Enterprise Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Unit A, 29/F., CKK Commercial Centre, 289-295 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on 28 July 2017 at 11 a.m. for the following purposes:-

1. To consider and approve the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 30 June 2017 (the "First Quarterly Results") and the draft announcement thereof, and the publication of the announcement for the First Quarterly Results on the GEM website;

2. To consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any;

3. To consider the closure of the Register of Members, if necessary; and

4. To transact any other business, if any.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises two executive Directors, Ms. Yip Man Yi and Mr. Shiu Chi Tak, Titus and three independent non-executive Directors, Dr. Wan Ho Yuen, Terence, Mr. Li Kwok Chu and Mr. Lau Shu Yan.
