Union Bank Announces Officer Promotions

Morrisville, VT - David S. Silverman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank is pleased to announce the Directors of Union Bank have promoted the following individuals as officers of Union Bank at the conclusion of the 125th Annual Shareholder Meeting held on May 18, 2016.

Debra Marcoux, Loan Servicing Supervisor, Morrisville was named a Bank Officer. In addition, the Board promoted the following individuals to new officer levels:

  • Diana Ashley, Fairfax Branch Manager, was named an Assistant Vice President,

  • Barbara Churchill, Loan Servicing Manager, was named an Assistant Vice President,

  • Grace Maniatty, Accounting Supervisor, was named an Assistant Vice President,

  • Samantha Norrie, Residential and Consumer Loan Officer in Littleton, was named an Assistant Vice President, and

  • Abbie Small, Assistant Operations Manager, was named an Assistant Vice President.
