Disposal Update
Further to the announcement on 10 September 2014, the Board of UCP is pleased to announce that following publication of the minutes of the 63rd meeting of the SEZ Board held on Thursday 18 September 2014 it has been confirmed that the proposed transfer of Candor's shares has been approved, subject to a number of customary conditions.
It is expected that Completion of the Disposal with take place in October and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Terms used and not defined in this announcement bear the meaning given to them in the Circular.
