(NYSE: UTX) announced that it has successfully priced an offering of EUR950 million aggregate principal amount of 1.125% senior notes maturing Dec. 15, 2021, EUR500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.875% senior notes maturing Feb. 22, 2026, and EUR750 million aggregate principal amount of senior floating rate notes maturing Feb. 22, 2018, in each case unless earlier redeemed.

The offering is expected to close on Feb. 22, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
