UnitedHealthcare Recruiting for 140 New Jobs in Green Bay; Hosts Job Fair March 3 & 4

  • With new hires, UnitedHealth Group employment in Wisconsin to exceed 7,600

GREEN BAY, Wis. (Mar. 04, 2014) - 

UnitedHealthcare, a UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) company, is adding 140 jobs  in the Green Bay area, including 90 customer care professionals and 50 inside sales representatives.

The new customer care positions will support UnitedHealthcare plan participants with quality and caring personalized service, and the inside sales representatives will work to offer health benefits plans that provide Wisconsinites and people throughout the country access to quality, cost-effective health care.

People interested in applying for these jobs are encouraged to attend job fairs on Monday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Tuesday, March 4, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at UnitedHealth Group's Green Bay offices, 3100 AMS Boulevard. Training for these positions will begin in late March.

Interested applicants for the inside sales representative positions should have a high-school diploma or the equivalent, a minimum of six months of strong, proven sales experience over the phone or face to face, and/or a college degree. Other qualifications include familiarity with Windows PC applications, and the ability to obtain all appropriate state licenses, and learn new and complex computer systems.

Interested applicants in the customer care professional positions should have a high-school diploma, GED or 10 years of equivalent working experience. Health care experience is preferred. Applicants should also have strong verbal and written communication and time-management and problem-solving skills. An associate degree or higher is preferred.
