UnitedHealth Group Inc. : A.M. Best Withdraws Ratings of UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company of Ohio

Recommend:
A.M. Best Co. has withdrawn the financial strength rating of A
(Excellent) and issuer credit rating of "a" of UnitedHealthcare
Insurance Company of Ohio (Westerville, OH), following its merger
into UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company (Hartford, CT), effective
April 2, 2012.
UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company of Ohio was a former
subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, Inc. [NYSE: UNH] (Minnetonka,
MN). UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of
UnitedHealth Group, Inc. and has an FSR of A (Excellent) and an ICR of
"a", which are unchanged.
