Director Shareholding and Grant of Options
The Board of Universe (AIM:UNG.L) have been informed
that Stephen McLeod, Chief Executive, today purchased
2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.5p per
share. Mr McLeod now holds 3,300,000 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 2.88 per cent of the issued share
capital.
Grant of Options
Universe announces that share
options ("Options") to subscribe for ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") have
been granted to each of the Executive Directors and to
members of the senior management team. Options over 750,000
Shares have been issued to certain members of the senior
management team and the following Options have been issued to
the Executive Directors:
