CRM.pad is a mobile customer relationship management solution developed by update specifically for field staff equipped with an iPad. The award-winning application is distinguished from other enterprise systems by its design, intuitive interface and ability to quickly access customer data. Context-based navigation and a highly customizable interface are used to depict business processes and provide users with full access to the information they require. The solution improves the efficiency of sales and service staff, allowing them to spend more time concentrating on their core responsibility: customers.
The red dot design award: communication design is amongst the largest and most prestigious creative design competitions and is held by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Germany (www.red-dot.org). Only the best submissions are rewarded with the red dot, an internationally recognized quality seal for top designs. This year, the international jury evaluated around 6,800 submissions from 43 countries over the course of several days before awarding the coveted red dot to the best entries.
"When design gurus from across the world congregate each year to judge the submissions for the red dot design awards, each day is full of surprises and inspiration", says Dr. Peter Zec, founder of the awards and CEO of red dot. "Many of the entries from a total of 43 countries submitted for the red dot award: communication design 2013 impressed the jury. But only the very best received an award. Only submissions that distinguish themselves from the masses demonstrate high market potential and create a buzz. Winning the red dot design award highly increases their profile", says Dr. Zec.
