At its stand, update will demonstrate how the principles cutting edge software design and gamification can boost user acceptance of CRM systems, resulting in higher data quality.

Always on hand: CRM.mobile for Smartphones
CRM.mobile, update software's latest web-based application, allows users to access CRM data using any mobile device with browsing capabilities. This new browser app supports all mobile devices, regardless of the manufacturer, model and operating system. With just a few taps, users can access the customer data they need. Preview of CRM.pad 2.0
CRM.pad users have already benefited from the productivity boost that update software's native iPad app provides through mobile access to the CRM system. At CeBIT, update software will present a preview of Version 2.0. The upcoming release improves even further on the award-winning user interface of the earlier version, which won the red dot award for its user-oriented approach.
