40 percent of new customers opt for SaaS version of update.CRM

This positive development was driven by the launch of update.CRM, the brand new generation of update's CRM system, one of the most innovative solutions on the market. Based on experience management principles, update.CRM focuses on users and their processes and needs. Over 80 new update customers in 2013 are testament to the success of the CRM specialist's strategy.

Industry focus as a decisive factor for customers

In the financial services industry, Bankhaus Lampe in Germany and IRIS Corporate Finance in the Netherlands are among the customers that opted for update in the past year. In the German life sciences sector, update is pleased to count the Limbach Group and Mitsubishi Pharma Germany among its new customers. Bahlsen in Germany and Vignerons Plaimont in France are amongst update's new customers in the consumer goods industry. In addition, the French company SIBLU and Unicef Netherlands have also opted for update's CRM solution.
