On 16 January 2016, the opening ceremony for the Uralkali Corporate Olympics will take place at the 'Temp' Youth Sports School in Berezniki. The 2016 Olympics will bring together over 2,000 athletes as part of 16 teams representing Uralkali's divisions and subsidiaries.

During the new athletics season, competitions will be held in sports such as swimming, skiing, track-and-field, shooting, darts, futsal, indoor soccer, table tennis, volleyball, and basketball. For the first time, the Corporate Olympics will include elements of the GTO training programme (GTO stands for 'Ready for Labour and Defence' - All-Russia physical culture training programme reintroduced in March 2014)

The winners of the 2015 Corporate Olympics in their various categories were the teams from Solikamsk-3, Berezniki-2 and Uralkali Remont. The season's best athletes were Lesya Yukhimets (Berezniki-2), Semyon Kun (Solikamsk-1), Vadim Yazev (Berezniki-3), Lyudmila Yartseva (Solikamsk-2), Nadezhda Miroshkina (Berezniki-4), Alexander Babkin (Solikamsk-3), Evgeny Anfalov and Yegor Khomyakov (Management). The Company's best sports promoter was Marina Melnikova (Solikamsk-1).

The closing event for the Uralkali Corporate Olympics and the announcement of the best athletes in 2016 will take place in December.

During the year, Uralkali also runs the Swimming for Health and Skiing for Health campaigns. The Skiing for Health campaign takes place annually from 1 December until 31 March, during which time all company employees benefit from free ski rental at the 'Snezhinka' ski resort in Berezniki and from 'Kaliets' in Solikamsk.

The Swimming for Health campaign runs from 1 October until 30 June. During the campaign, all employees receive a 50% discount on visits to the 'Titan' and 'Kristall' swimming pools in Berezniki and at 'Delfin' in Solikamsk.
