Izhorskiye Zavody, part of OMZ Group, fulfilled its contract obligations to Novokuibyshevsk Refinery, Kuibyshev Refinery and Syzran Refinery, parts of Rosneft.

The company produced and delivered to the customer reactor equipment in line with the contracts signed in 2012.

Kuibyshev Refinery received first-stage hydrofining reactor 3-R2001 and second-stage hydrofining reactor 3-R2002 representing 31 meter high vessels of 6 meter diameter; each of the units weights approximately 600 tonnes. Equivalent equipment was also shipped to Syzran Refinery.

Novokuibyshevsk Refinery took delivery of a hydrofining reactor R-201 and a gas-oil hydrocracking reactor R-101 of 45 meter high and weighing 700 tonnes. For the first time in its history Izhorskiye Zavody had produced and shipped a product with such parameters.

Chevron Lummus Global LLC (CLG) was the developer and license grantor of the base project for Novokuibyshevsk Refinery. The Axens Company (France) served as grantor and developer for Kuibyshev and Syzran Refineries' base projects.

Syzran Refinery, Kuibyshev Refinery and Novokuibyshevsk Refinery are parts of Rosneft. Izhorskiye Zavody has successful experience of producing equipment for Rosneft subsidiaries. Last year Izhorskiye Zavody manufactured six heavy vessels designed for deep oil processing and production of high-quality Euro-5 fuel for Tuapse Refinery. Additionally, in 2012 Novokuibyshevsk Oils and Additives Plants as well as Angarsk Refinery took delivery of two reactors each.
