Board changes

The Company announces that Bob Dyson, independent Non-Executive Director and chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will be retiring from the Board at the Company's 2018 AGM.

In anticipation of his retirement, Bob will be stepping down as chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 July 2017 to be replaced by June Barnes, an independent Non-Executive Director. Bob will continue to be a member of that committee following June's appointment.

Alan Dickinson, Chairman, commented:

We are very grateful to Bob for his long and excellent service to the Company both at Terrace Hill and at Urban & Civic plc, following the acquisition in May 2014. As Chairman, I would like to thank him and to extend our strong appreciation of his contribution to the success of the Company.
