Godridge, executive vice president and Head of National Corporate Specialized Industries & Global Treasury Management, earned the #16 position on the list of most powerful women. This is the fourth consecutive year she has been included in the “Most Powerful Women in Banking” list. In 2014, Leslie’s responsibilities significantly expanded to include Global Treasury Management, a business with more than 600 employees and revenues over $700 million. Godridge now leads the two largest businesses in U.S. Bank’s Wholesale Banking business line.

Over the past three years the group has helped more than 3,000 children, and provided assistance to more than a dozen schools with books, desks, water tanks and other furnishings. The team travels to Africa annually to visit the schools and the children.
