LONDON & MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 14, 2014-- Owain McNeill recently joined Quintillion Limited (Quintillion), a European-based affiliate of U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (USBFS), as senior vice president of business development. McNeill, based in London, will focus on the continued growth of the company's alternative investment service offering throughout the European, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) market.

McNeill joins Quintillion with more than 10 years of experience related to alternative investments, offshore servicing, and regulated funds. Prior to joining Quintillion, McNeill was a director of sales at Citi Global Investor Services in London. In his new role, McNeill will focus on expanding Quintillion's alternative investment client base, providing quality products, and offering comprehensive services needed to support their funds. McNeill will liaise with European investment managers who require fund administration, middle office, investor services, risk and regulatory support, conversion and launch services, or tax and financial statement support.
