UXC Limited : UXC Announces Acquisition of Tripoint Online Pty Ltd

UXC Limited is pleased to announce that its wholly owned
subsidiary Red Rock Consulting Pty Ltd (Red Rock) has today
finalised the completion of the acquisition of the business
of Tripoint Online Pty Ltd (Tripoint), cementing Red Rock as
the leading local managed service provider covering the
Oracle stack.
Tripoint is a leading provider of consulting and online
managed services solutions for applications through to
servers and storage. The company, which is predominately
based around Oracle's PeopleSoft Application stack, propels
Red Rock into the position of being Oracle's largest locally
based PeopleSoft partner across ANZ. It also further
strengthens our Managed Services practice that provides a
full suite of fixed and flexible solutions for managing and
hosting Oracle applications and technology. Red Rock will
immediately integrate the Tripoint business within Red Rock
Consulting under CEO, Jonathan Rubinsztein. The combined
Managed Services Practices extends the Red Rock capability to
cover a greater breadth of Oracle Applications as well as
increasing its depth in the middleware, databases and
infrastructure managed services space.

The acquisition will be immediately earnings accretive.
Consideration has been paid in cash with some remaining
client novations determining the final consideration.
