SAN ANTONIO , May 1, 2015 /PRNewswire / -- Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO) today announced that Joe Gorder , Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Valero Energy Corporation will attend the Morgan Stanley Refining Corporate Access Day on Thursday, May 14.

Valero Energy Corporation specializes in refining and distributing petroleum products. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - refining and wholesale distribution of oil products (93.7%): distilled products (46.4% of sales), gasoline (43.2%) and other (10.4%; primarily petrochemical products, diesel, petroleum coke and asphalt). At the end of 2020, the group had 15 petroleum refineries located in the United States (13), Canada and the United Kingdom; - distribution of ethanol (4.6%); - production of renewable diesel (1.6%).
