Valtech : Completion of the transfer of Valtech’s registered office to the United Kingdom

London (United Kingdom) – 25 November 2016 – Valtech SE [Euronext Paris: FR0011505163 - LTE], the leading European independent agency in digital and technological marketing, announces the completion of the transfer of its registered office to the United Kingdom as of today.

During the general meeting of 30 June 2016, 99.84% of Valtech's shareholders had approved the proposed transfer of Valtech SE's registered office from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the United Kingdom.

This transfer will have no impact on the listing of Valtech's shares, which will remain admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market, or on the Group's operations.
