Valtech : appoints European Director of Media Solutions

Paris and Amsterdam ,1 July 2016 - Valtech SE [Euronext Paris: FR0011505163 - LTE], the leading independent European digital and technology agency, announced today the acquisition of Dutch company eFocus.

Founded in 2000, eFocus has earned consistent growth over the years, both in revenue and profitability, to become one of the top three digital agencies in the Netherlands.

The eFocus team has demonstrated strong expertise delivering end-to-end omnichannel solutions that shape customer experiences for clients. With creativity and a passion for technology, eFocus has earned the business of an impressive portfolio of clients such as Heineken, Philipps, Eneco, JDE and others, with a strong presence in verticals like mobility, FMCG, B2B, Finance and energy.

Current management will continue to lead the team of over 200 employees across the four Valtech Netherlands offices.

Establishing a home base in the Netherlands will allow Valtech to embrace new opportunities in an entrepreneurial, internationally-focused economy with impressive growth.
