Van Lanschot today announces that it will call for the redemption of perpetual capital securities. Van Lanschot issued € 165 million of perpetual capital securities in 2004. Following the exchange and tender offer in 2011, the outstanding 2004 perpetual capital securities amount to € 8.8 million.Van Lanschot confirms that it has obtained the approval of the Dutch Central Bank.

The redemption will be effective 29 October 2014, when the principal amount will be repaid with accrued interest.

The securities (ISIN code: NL0000116374) are currently listed on the Euronext Amsterdam Exchange. This listing will be terminated upon redemption of the securities.
