VAT : Media Release - on Block Sale of VAT Shares by Partners Group

VAT Group AG (VAT) has been informed that the funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group which thus far held approximately 13.07% of the VAT share capital, yesterday after close of trading on SIX Swiss Exchange and overnight through an accelerated book-building offering have placed with institutional investors 2.8 million VAT shares (representing approx. 9.33% of the VAT share capital) at an offer price of CHF 127 per share. Accordingly, upon settlement of the placement the funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group will continue to hold approximately 3.74% of the VAT share capital; at the same time, the free float of VAT shares, which according to SIX Swiss Exchange is presently approximately 77%, will increase by approximately 13% to approximately 90%.
