Reference is made to press reports last week where it emerges that Veidekke has taken legal action against the Norwegian Public Roads Administration for compensation in the region of NOK 150 million related to changes and additional work on the Hardanger Bridge - trunk road 13. Veidekke was responsible for concrete work on the bridge, including the bridge towers which are more than 200 metres tall. The project was handed over to the builder in the spring of 2013.

In its profit statement Veidekke has exercised caution in terms of earnings. There is thus no risk of material impairment in relation to the claim.
