Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that National Bank of Commerce (NBC) has standardized its security technology infrastructure on Verint solutions. The 80-year-old financial institution, which provides financial services in Wisconsin and Minnesota, leverages Verint’s solutions to enhance security, boost investigation effectiveness, and reduce fraud at its full-service retail bank branches and operations centers.

“We are pleased to have expanded our relationship with Verint,” says Troy Lambert, vice president, eServices director, National Bank of Commerce. “By standardizing on Verint solutions, National Bank of Commerce gains comprehensive surveillance coverage, dramatically improved image quality, and centralized management functions to ease system management across our facilities.”

Since 2016, NBC has leveraged Verint’s powerful solution to manage and monitor its security assets. Using the solution across its distributed footprint, NBC has centralized the management of its security operations. As a result, the bank has reduced cost and complexity and increased productivity.

“Verint technologies are trusted by today’s leading financial service organizations, and our experience in this market enables us to help our customers continually improve their defenses against fraud,” says Verint’s Matt Tengwall, vice president and general manager, banking and retail solutions. “We take pride in our ability to help organizations like National Bank of Commerce evolve its technology deployment to realize increased security and business intelligence.”
