(NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced its Retail Financial Services Customer Advisory Council for 2013, which includes members from leading organizations such as Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Fifth Third Bank, South Carolina Federal Credit Union, Wells Fargo and Zions Bancorporation. Verint customers include 90 percent of the Global Fortune 500 in the finance industry vertical, and this advisory board is a representative sample.

The group represents members that work in a variety of roles for global financial institutions to lead the retail banking and branch operations functions and initiatives for their organizations. Further, this council serves as part of Verint's broader system of advisory boards focused on the value and technology that drives customer-centric workforce optimization (WFO) to help meet the needs of customers in different industries and environments.
