Vernalis plc
Admission of Shares to AIM
With effect from 8:00 a.m. today, Vernalis'
ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") will be admitted to trading on AIM and the
Company's listing on the premium segment of the
Official List and trading on the London Stock
Exchange's main market for listed securities will both
be cancelled.
At admission to AIM, there will be 442,112,768
Ordinary Shares in issue. The ISIN and ticker for the
Company's shares will continue to be GB00B3Y5L754 and
VER respectively.
Nomura Code Securities Limited will act as the
Company's Nominated Adviser (Nomad) pursuant to the AIM
rules.
