Showcasing CHEMGUARD® Delivery System and ION-X® Products

TEMPE, Ariz. (September 6, 2017) ‒ Versum Materials, Inc. (NYSE: VSM), Versum Materials, Inc. (NYSE: VSM), a leading materials supplier to the semiconductor industry, announced today it will showcase its next-generation CMP slurries, ultra-thin dielectric and metal film precursors, formulated cleans and etching products, and delivery equipment at the largest microelectronics event in Taiwan, SEMICON Taiwan. The event takes place Sept. 13-15, 2017 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei.

As the premier supplier of semiconductor materials for almost 40 years as Air Products Electronic Materials, the recently spun off Versum Materials will exhibit at the show in Booth 4F No. 148. Visitors are invited to meet with the company's materials experts to discuss the optimal materials and equipment for use in the manufacture of next-generation semiconductors.
