ANNOUNCEMENT ON DESPATCH OF NOTICES OF ELECTION FOR THE SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEME
Vibrant Group Limited (the Company) refers to its announcements on 19 August 2015 and 27 August 2015 in respect of the application of the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the Scheme) to the first and final dividend of 0.55 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 April 2015 (the Dividends).
Notices of Election have been despatched today, 8 September 2015, to all eligible persons registered in the Register of Members of the Company or as the case may be, the Depository Register as holders of fully paid shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 26 August 2015 to whom the Scheme has been made available (the Eligible Shareholders).
To Receive Dividend in CashNo action is required if Eligible Shareholders wish to receive their dividends in cash.
To Receive Dividend in Scrip
Eligible Shareholders who wish to elect to participate in the Scheme in respect of the Dividends must complete, sign and return the Notices of Election by 5.00 p.m. on 28 September 2015 to the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (A division of Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd) (Tricor) at 80 Robinson Road, #02-00 Singapore 068898, or, if the Eligible Shareholder is a Depositor, to the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP), at 11 North Buona Vista Drive, #01-19/20 The Metropolis Tower 2, Singapore 138589.
Notices of Election for participation received after 5.00 p.m. on 28 September 2015 will not be effective for
Dividends.
Eligible Shareholders who have not received their Notices of Election by 14 September 2015 should notify the
Company's Share Registrar, Tricor or CDP, as the case may be.
Each new ordinary share will be issued at 6.75 cents.
The Dividends will be paid on 12 October 2015 and the new shares are expected to be listed on 13 October 2015.
