INCORPORATION OF A NEW SUBSIDIARY__
Vibrant Group Limited (the "Company" together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to its earlier announcement on 1 April 2015 in relation to the proposed subscription to shares and provision of loan by the subsidiary company. The Company is pleased to announce the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Oriental Pearl Assets Ltd ("Oriental Pearl"), a company incorporated in the Territory of the British Virgin Islands.
Oriental Pearl is set up primarily as an investment holding company with an initial issued and paid up share capital of US$1.00.
The investment is not expected to have a material effect on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
