Vibrant Group Limited (the Company) refers to its announcements on 19 August 2015, 27 August 2015, 8 September 2015 and 21 September 2015 in respect of the application of the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the Scheme) to the first and final dividend of 0.55 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 April 2015 (the Dividends).
The Directors are pleased to announce that 161,848,805 new shares have been allotted and issued at an issue price of S$0.0675 per new share to eligible Shareholders who have elected to participate in the Scheme in respect of the Dividends (the Participating Shareholders).
The new shares, credited as fully paid, have been allotted and issued on 8 October 2015 to The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP) (for credit to the securities accounts of Participating Shareholders maintained with CDP) and to Participating Shareholders who are registered in the Register of Members of the Company. The Company has applied to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the SGX-ST) for the listing and quotation of the new shares. The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares.
Following the issue of the new shares, the number of issued and paid-up shares has increased from 2,621,699,133 to 2,783,547,938.
The new shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the SGX-ST on 13 October 2015.
Eligible shareholders who did not elect to participate in the Scheme, Participating Shareholders who had not properly completed and returned the Notice of Election to the Share Registrar or CDP, as the case may be, by
5.00 p.m. on 28 September 2015, and overseas shareholders who have not provided addresses in Singapore for the service of notices and documents to the Company or CDP will be paid all of their respective entitlements to the Dividends in cash on 12 October 2015.
