VILLA WORLD UNVEILS NEW-LOOK AT PARKSIDE

LEADING Australian housing provider Villa World is making a pitch to a more discerning buyer demographic with the unveiling of 'new look' display homes across its South East Queensland communities.

The most recent of the new displays is the latest home to be built at Villa World's Parkside Coomera community on the Gold Coast, which opened recently.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home will complement Parkside's existing display home to highlight the various residential options at the community.

It features two open-plan living areas with flowing access to outdoor spaces and caters to Queensland's warm climate, according to interior designer Angie McKay, from Douglas Carroll Design.

Ms McKay says Villa World's new displays feature contemporary styling with neutral interior finishes, allowing potential buyers to explore unique styling options according to their individual tastes.

"In our design we have been careful not to pigeonhole a particular buyer demographic, instead we have utilised neutral palettes, creating a warm base for buyers to overlay their own style," Ms McKay said.

"We have selected timeless, classic finishes that won't date including vitrified tiles and thick stone bench tops with waterfall edges.

"The main features of the homes are definitely the private master suites, outdoor living and dual living areas which are sure to capture potential buyers' imagination when it comes to putting their own stamp on things."

Villa World design director and national product manager, Andrew Keag said a desire for the homes to be both aspirational and attainable had informed the company's refined approach to home design.

"It has encouraged us to deliver a range of contemporary homes that meet modern design trends while also being practical to a range of buyer groups," said Mr Keag.

Villa World national sales manager Robyn Valmadre said the latest display home at Parkside Coomera showcases how Villa World caters to a range of different budgets while still offering quality living options.

"Our latest display home highlights Villa World's ability to service first home buyers who might think that owning a brand new home is out of their reach, or downsizers, who don't necessarily want a large family home," Ms Valmadre said.

"This particular home offers an alternative design and price point which shows prospective buyers the diversity of housing options we are able to deliver at Parkside, and across our communities."

Surrounded by bushland reserve and incorporating an extensive parkland precinct, Parkside Coomera was launched to the market in 2014.

Subsequently, three of Parkside's five stages, comprising 51 of the estate's 107 homes, have been released and with strong sales recorded to date, the fourth stage has now also been released.

It is taking shape on an 11.2 hectare site that is within minutes of an array of public and private schools, childcare centres, Coomera Train Station, shopping centres, sporting facilities and entertainment venues.

The community's two display homes are located on Edwardson Drive, off Amity Road, just east of the M1 at Coomera.

They are open from Saturday to Thursday, from 10am to 5pm.

Established in 1986, Villa World is Queensland's oldest ASX-listed developer and one of Australia's largest housing providers.

Villa World creates value through a simple philosophy of quality craftsmanship, design innovation and enduring relationships. Today, more than 35,000 Australians call a Villa World address home.
