As referred to in the Company's announcement of 12 August 2016, the Company participated in a mediation on 23 and 24 August 2016 together with all other parties to the proceedings.

The Company advises that the mediation did not result in a resolution of the proceedings, however negotiations are continuing.

Details of the mediation are confidential and privileged, so the Company is not able to comment any further on the conduct of the mediation.

The matter is listed for further Court directions on 30 August 2016 and is scheduled for trial from 5-28 October 2016 if not resolved before then.
